We build HAYA-TSUBASA Engine, an AI operations platform for the automotive industry in Japan. AI processes the routine work, human operators take the exceptions, and the work that truly matters gets people's full attention.
We build two things: HAYA-TSUBASA Engine, an AI operations layer specialized in the automotive domain, and HAYA-TSUBASA Compass, the console for day-to-day fleet operations. The Engine analyzes utilization, cost and renewal dates continuously and processes routine work automatically; dedicated operators handle the exceptions. The more operational data accumulates, the higher the automation rate — and the lower the cost of managing each vehicle.
HAYA-TSUBASA Compass — vehicle ledger, renewal dates and the AI/operator activity log (demo environment, sample data). The interface is in Japanese: the product is built for fleet operators in Japan.
Currently in development ahead of pilot operation. We will widen availability to vehicle-owning companies in stages.
With HAYA-TSUBASA Engine at the core, we provide platforms that automate and optimize operations across the automotive domain.
A next-generation AI operations platform, built on our own visualization and automation systems, that can automate vehicle management end to end. It supports the full lifecycle — procurement, maintenance and resale — in one place, bringing down both ownership cost and administrative workload.
We extend HAYA-TSUBASA Engine — the AI operations layer refined through fleet management — to dealership workflows. From the back office through sales conversations, credit screening and after-sales care, we raise the level of every process — easing the load on staff while improving both efficiency and the customer experience.
Drawing on what we learn building our own products, we support transformation with AI and data — from concept through implementation and daily operation. We stay with each client until the work produces results, rather than stopping at a one-off proof of concept.
Our members come from different fields and backgrounds, held together by one thing: making the work on the ground genuinely easier.
Graduated from Keio University and joined a major Japanese trading company in 2016. Seconded to an automotive sales company in Thailand, where he led the customer-facing app as product owner on the front line. Back in Japan, he drove AI implementation in the automotive business. He founded HAYA-TSUBASA Inc. in 2026 to build on the potential for efficiency and automation he had seen first-hand.
